There are portable chargers. and if you have a laptop and no bag I can only wish you luck. and this massive array of devices which can game or at east run the game are.... replaceable. I personally feel like laptops shouldn't be replaceable unless obsolete. things like new shaders and new instructions is enough for a game to shoot you an error and not run. Even though some games with huge fan bases create work arounds. I'm sure you already know this. Hopefully your opinion changed after all this time.

Just got fooled by the picture.
Tegra k1 and other mobile processors that easily trounce older GPUs should be more than enough to make any end user who has been updated on to consider an affordable solution to soldered processor chips.look at peripherals like ViDock. People scrape up their old graphics and make monstrous contraption that plug in that same port to do what? the same thing you disagree with.

I'm sorry, this idea in and of itself could push laptops to become like desktops. it got old? swap it out. It burnt up? get another. Yeah it might kill the battery at another whopping 5 watts but it won't burn my pockets because lets face it. if you're in a place where you can literally set up a laptop to play something, there is probably a plug somewhere. you won't have to trade your entire device in because of hardware. and you'd only have to shop for ports and screen resolution. Maybe that's bad for everyone else, but to me, being able to keep some of technology's boldest attempts at being innovative because I can keep the gear up to standard is a dream. I mean, think of all of these windows tablets that will probably be obsolete in a single year.

maybe you have it like that, but when games come out and you eventually realize you have to take a $300 dump just to catch up, or even more if it's your CPU too. I would much rather have an opportunity to fetch a card with however many drivers it takes to make my laptop better.

Hi,

I've been using Browser Linux for 6 months and like its simplicity and reliability very much. I am also a regular user of Ubuntu 12.04. I hope Browser Linux will one day fix its printing software. My copy of BL is Version 4.01 and can only print to a file, not a real printer.

This is somwhat disappointing since priting is understood to be an indispensable feature of any operating system. I hope you can give me some advice as to how to attack this problem on my own. Thanks.

I had this issue with my Mini1000 and I tried everything, and gave up. I found this post and started working with it again, removed the ram and re-inserted it problem fixed. Hopefully this will help someone.
